Most pets already have a favourite patch of floor - the strip of sun by the door, the corner beside the couch, the floor of the crate at the end of a long day. They'll lie there whether it's soft or not. The plush mat simply makes that spot kinder: a low, cushioned layer that goes where they already like to rest, rather than asking them to move somewhere new.

Inside, a 4cm egg-crate foam insert springs back under weight instead of flattening, wrapped in a soft faux fur cover with a rippled, scalloped pile. The underside carries a dotted non-slip grip that keeps the mat in place on timber, tiles or a crate tray when your pet turns before settling.

The cover unzips along one edge and slips off for washing, so the mat stays fresh from one season to the next. Four sizes cover everything from a cat or small dog through to large breeds, in pink, khaki or dark grey.

Which size should I choose?
Match it to where it's going. For a crate, measure the floor and choose the size that fits closest without going over. On open floor, go by weight: S suits pets up to 7kg, M up to 15kg, L up to 25kg and XL up to 45kg - size up if they sleep stretched out.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover along its edge, slide the foam out and wash the cover on its own. Let it air dry fully before fitting it back over the foam.
Will it slide around on hard floors?
The underside has a dotted non-slip grip that holds the mat in place on timber, tiles and crate trays, even when your pet circles before lying down.
Is it suitable for cats as well as dogs?
Yes. The smallest size, 58 x 40cm, suits cats and small dogs up to 7kg, and the larger sizes carry on through medium and large breeds up to 45kg.
How thick is it?
The mat sits 4cm deep, with an egg-crate foam insert that springs back under weight - enough to lift your pet off a cold, hard floor without crowding the inside of a crate.
