How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 8-10 business days, including processing time. Our products come from supplier partners around the world, so they take a little longer to reach you. Every order ships with tracking, so you'll always know where your parcel is.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $70 AUD. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $10 AUD, Australia-wide.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment, but international shipping is on the horizon.
What if my order is faulty or doesn't match the listing?
Email support@fetchandfold.com.au with your order number and photos. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match its description or photos, we'll give you a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement, whichever you prefer. Usually you can keep the item. If we need it back, we'll arrange and pay for the return. No fees apply, whatever the item's condition.
What if I just change my mind?
Return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. We'll refund the product price less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and Priority Processing aren't refundable, and return postage is at your cost. Some hygiene items (like feeders, litter accessories and grooming tools) can't be returned for change of mind once used or unwrapped. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do you choose what to sell?
We keep our range small and choose each product for its design and everyday usefulness for cats and dogs. If you'd like more detail on a product's materials, size or finish before you buy, email us and we'll share everything we have.
Are your products safe for my pet?
Our products are made for everyday pet use. As with anything new, supervise your pet when they first use it, and remove any item that becomes damaged or chewed. If you have a specific concern, like allergies, a senior pet or a teething puppy, email us and we'll help you choose.
