how long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, then arrive in 7–8 business days. We curate from supplier partners around the world rather than mass-produce in one factory - that takes a little longer, and we think it's worth the wait. Every order ships with tracking, so you'll always know where your parcel is.
do you ship outside Australia?
International shipping is on the horizon.
what if I don't love what I ordered?
Change your mind? Return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. We’ll refund the product price less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and Priority Processing aren’t refundable, and return postage is at your cost. If something arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or doesn’t match the listing, we’ll give you a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement, and cover any return. Email support@fetchandfold.com.au to start a return.
how do you decide what to sell?
We keep our range small and choose each product for its design and everyday usefulness for cats and dogs. If you’d like more detail on a product’s materials, size or finish before you buy, email us and we’ll share everything we have.
are your products safe for my pet?
Our products are made for everyday pet use. As with anything new, supervise your pet when they first use it, and remove any item that becomes damaged or chewed. If you have a specific concern, like allergies, a senior pet or a teething puppy, email us and we’ll help you choose.
