One end seats into the seat belt buckle, the other clips to a collar or harness already in use, with an adjuster to draw the length in or let it out. Reflective stitching runs the full span, catching headlights at dusk and on the roadside. Nylon webbing and stainless steel hardware hold the whole thing steady, then settle back without fuss.
